1. What is your contact information?
Our customer service can be contacted directly at email@example.com. Our preferred contact method is by e-mail, but if you'd like to discuss a matter over the phone, please e-mail us a contact phone number and preferred time to call.

3. How long until I receive my order?
We strive to keep you updated with every move of your order processing. Orders are processed within two business days. Depending on your shipping choice, you will receive your products as quickly as we can get them to you.
4. What is your return/exchange policy?
August and Peel wants you to be ecstatic about your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle free 90 day return/exchange policy for new and unused items in their original packaging.
- Simply sign into your account to start the return. If you do not have an account, click here to download an exchange/refund form to include in your package.
- If a prepaid return label came with your product(s) please utilize that to ship the items back to us with the exchange/refund form enclosed. If your items did not come with a label, or it was misplaced, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return label. A small shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping is free for all exchanges on non-equipment items.
If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, no shipping fee will be deducted. Please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

5. How do I track my return?
You will be able to track your return, either via your store account or by utilizing e-mail instructions received from us.
6. Can I return an item that I received as a gift?
Gifts that are unused and in their original packaging may be exchanged for store credit. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to process a gift exchange.
7. How much is shipping/handling at August+Peel?
Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout. Several options will be provided.
8. How can I be removed from your mailing list?
Each e-mail should have an unsubscribe option at the bottom of it. If you are having problems and would like to be removed from our mailing list, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Can I order by phone/mail?
Phone orders are accepted for bulk purchases of over $1,500. Please contact email@example.com and a customer care representative will contact you to complete the order.
